Bye Bye for A While...

Feel so relieved!!!
Hopefully you'll still remember my previous post. I've told you that I'm waiting an answer. And finally I got it last Wednesday. My headmaster gave me "Yes" for my wish to continue my study this year. Lot of pray before I convey my wish. I even prepared my self for the worst possibility due to the fact that two of my friends have been taking their chance for the permit earlier than me.

My fate was not as lucky as my two friends. If they got "Yes" directly from the headmaster, then I have to wait for some time. I can take it with fully awareness because my wish will bring significant influence to my own schedule. My friends just take Friday and Saturday class in their college and fortunately they free for those days, but me at least will take three days from my teaching days because I planned to continue my study at state university then taking regular class. So indirectly, my wish means I beg my headmaster only give me two days for teaching.

After the torment of waiting with hardly heart beat, finally my headmaster gave me some sure. I did  get permission from the headmaster technically, but surprisingly the real permit actually came from the  superintendent  head of Garut district, Mr. Endang Suryana. My headmaster said that she need some protection from someone who has higher authority level than her to give some guarantee both for me nor for my headmaster if later there's a problem relate to my wish. *hhh... kepala sekolah gw ribet ye???

Really, this was absolutely my lucky. I even didn't know who Mr. Endang Suryana is.  We just ever met one time, and there's no personal talks. I was not born to be a sycophant, and will never be. So I never try to get close with influential people because seeking attention to be known or begging something, include to him. That's not me, Dear... I'm not that pathetic. I just remembered that I was able to answer several of his thoughtful questions. That's all.

Whatsoever the process, I felt so grateful to God. Suddenly I remembered for what my grand mother said. When I want to go for work, I always kissing her hand, and she always said the same words, "Jug, sing salamet, gede milik, gede darajat, sing loba nu nyaah". I've just realized that her words are pray, honest pray, Friends...

God has shown me the way to catch my dream. Now is my turn to show my best effort to really open the door where I can find my fancy dream. I'll learn hard to pass the test and improving my English better. I would not waste the opportunity that God bestow upon me. I must starting learn to balancing my time for work, learn, and play. Bye bye for a while :*

    Only If
    By: Enya

When there's a shadow near, reach for the sun
When there is loving here, look for the one
And for the promises, there is the sky
And for the heavens are those who can fly

If you really want to, you can hear me say
Only if you want to will you find a way
If you really want to you can seize the day
Only if you want to will you fly away

    Na na na...

When there's a journey to follow the star
When there's an ocean to sail to far
And for the broken hearts there is the sky
And for tomorrow are those who can Fly

Je voudrais voler, comme un oiseau d'ailleurs
    (bis) d'ailleurs

    Cooking Time ^.^"

This time I spent my Sunday morning to explore my hidden talent. Guess what? Taraaaammm.... Cooking!! Yups, that's my other secret. I love cooking. I even proudly to say that Mrs. Sisca Soewitomo, the queen of the chef in my country means nothing to compared with me :D

Yesterday I saw some of culinary programs on TV. One of the program was succeed make me drooling because of it's "Ayam Penyet". It is kind of hot damn spicy food made from chicken that pounded with many chilies. Mmmm... I really tempted!! So I promised to my self to make that food.

Based on what I'd promised, I went to the traditional market early in the morning. Ya, Princess went to Ciawitali traditional market. Don't be so sad for that *haha. Actually, this was out of my custom to go to Ciawitali for buying groceries. The reason is not because that I'm a princess. All just because my home far away from that traditional market, so  my family prefer to go to the closer one, Jagal. But, this time I wanna try to smell another atmosphere from the other traditional market. Then I decided to entering the crowd of Ciawitali.

Being in traditional market like in paradise for me. You can see everything there. Fresh vegetables, fresh fruits, kinds of meat and fish. Then if you are thoughtful-melancholic enough like me, you will able to see simple people in their simply life as worth lesson to taken. But, from the whole reasons, the most important thing being in traditional market is that you can bargain all things you planned to bought. That's the point! :D

Hhh... hard for me to against my shopping desire there. But however I have to control it. Finally I just bought chicken meat, kwetiau (Chinese noodle), corns, mushrooms, eceng (kind of vegetable), basil, cayenne pepper, scallions, tomatoes, banana leaf, and  bananas of course. I planned to buy groceries for two-day menu :)

As I told you before, my main menu for this Sunday is "Ayam Penyet". There's no special recipe to cook this food. First, you just have to blend your turmeric, red onion, garlic, pecans, lemon grass, pepper, bay leaves, coriander, salt and sugar. After that,  enter all the spices that have been mashed into the pan containing the chicken. The next step to do is boil the chicken that has been spiced up, then fry the chicken. While waiting, saute tomato, onion, garlic, and cayenne pepper (I used 20 cayenne peppers). After that, mashed the ingredients that have been sauteed with salt, sugar, and basil. Last step, mashed the chicken that have been fried to the spicy seasoning that have been made. Finally... Tarararap, your "Ayam Penyet" already done. Don't forget to say: "This is it, Ayam Penyet Bikin Jontor ala orang cantik ready to shake the world" *hahaha

My other cuisine is kwetiau. The ingredients you need are red onion, garlic, pecans, cayenne peppers (optional), and salt. Mash all the ingredients. After all in good mix, saute it then add corn, egg, tomato slices, chicken slices (meatball, sausage, seafood, depend on your wish). Wait until the corn well cook. After sure, add kwetiau into the pan then mix it. Last touching, enter the scallion slices. If you like sweet taste, you can add soy sauce into your cuisine. Well, This is it... Kwetiau Warna-Warni ready to go :P

The last cuisine from me is "Oseng-Oseng Eceng". This is the simplest cuisine. You just have to slice garlic, red onion, and tomato. Saute the slices then add Eceng into it. Put some salt and sugar to your cuisine. Hohoho.... your "Oseng-Oseng Eceng Full of Love" completed ^^

Now, time for me to eat...
Believe me, doing something you like will  contribute whole bunch energy that you need for facing tomorrow. I am a woman who grew up with a doctrine that women should be able to cook. I am grateful for having been educated like that. Thanks for my grandmother who made me understand one of the many arts created in the world. Love you, Mamah :*
